​ I was trapped in a constant cycle of Mother's wound trauma, fear of failure, and cycles of depression. It seemed like an endless struggle, and I couldn't find a way out. But then, I stumbled upon a gem that would change my life: client-centered hypnotherapy. With the help of meditation and hypnosis, I began to dive deep into my subconscious mind to pinpoint the negative behavior patterns that kept me stuck. Through the power of hypnosis, I could gently and effectively replace those self-defeating behaviors with empowering ones.

 The results were nothing short of remarkable. I experienced a profound shift within myself - a newfound sense of clarity, self-compassion, and liberation from the chains that held me back for so long. It was a transformative experience that I couldn't keep to myself.
