In this workshop you will learn:

  1. The definition and history of gaslighting, and how it differs from other forms of abuse
  2. The signs and symptoms of gaslighting, including common tactics used by gaslighters
  3. The effects of gaslighting on mental health, relationships, and personal well-being
  4. Strategies for identifying and responding to gaslighting in different contexts (e.g., at work, in relationships, with family members)
  5. Tools for setting healthy boundaries, building self-esteem, and cultivating resilience in the face of gaslighting
  6. Resources and support networks for survivors of gaslighting, including therapy, advocacy groups, and community resources
  7. Best practices for supporting and believing individuals who disclose experiences of gaslighting.
